Parish Council

The Council is the Church’s governing body, responsible to assist the Rector, not only in meeting the spiritual and material needs of the Parish, but also for the parish’s unity and connection with the Diocese and the OCA. It is composed of 10-12 parishioners including the Rector and five officers.  Subgroups reporting to  the Council  include the Care Committee, Fundraising Committee, Facilities Committee, and Communications Committee.

Church Choir

Sacred music is vital to Orthodox worship. The Holy Trinity Choir leads the singing at liturgical services and practices a wide repertoire of music from various Orthodox traditions. New members are always welcomed. Please contact Choir Director, Carol Wetmore, for more information

Children’s Choir

Holy Trinity youth participate in services as readers and a Children’s Choir is developing its skills to sing portions of the Sunday service.

Church School

Children are a vital part of our church. Learning about their faith is very important for the future of the Orthodox Church. Classes take place after Holy Communion for pre-school through high school. Ludmila Battista is Church School coordinator. Please contact her if you have an interest in teaching or enrolling your child in school.

St Anna and St Katherine Groups

Young women of the parish learn and assist through these two groups.  They meet for such activities as fellowship, baking prosphora, and learning about other activities of the church.  They assist during services by taking the collection, and they prepare and serve specialty coffees and pastry at the post-Liturgy fellowship hour.

Adult Education

Father David offers a series of classes throughout the year. Please read the current newsletter for information on the current series of lectures.

The parish library offers a selection of Orthodox books and magazines on prayer, worship and spiritual life, the saints, church teachings and history, Orthodox Churches around the world and more. There is also a selection of material for children and teenagers. The parish library is self serve. Please remember to sign out any of the material you borrow.
